We are seeking an established Site Manager to join a contractor delivering new build, refurbishment, project management and design and build construction solutions across multiple sectors

You will need to have various sector knowledge across - commercial, education, health, residential packages working with a main contractor, managing the commercial aspect of any project with an average value between £5m to £20m

Site based with projects across Kent and Surrey

- You will need to have background as a Site Manager working within a principal contractor

- Relevant Site Management qualifications/tickets

- Diverse sector knowledge

- Design & Build background
