SITE MANAGER - FREELANCE CONTRACTLOCATION: Lewes, Sussex SALARY/RATE: £250.00 per day START DATE: ASAPDURATION: 3 Months We are recruiting for a Site Manager to work with one of our Tier 1 Contractors. This key client of ours is building a modular extension to an existing school. Value of the project : CIRCA £5million ROLE:Reporting in to a visiting Contracts ManagerNumber 1 on Site Planning and programmingEnsuring programme is on track through effective management of subcontractorsChairing weekly progress meetings with subcontractorsSite inspections and quality controlLiaising with the school and their agentsHealth & safety i.e. checking subcontractor RAMS, inductions, inspections.ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:Substantial experience of managing new build modular projectsHands on approachGood level of IT skillsStrong man-management skillsExceptional communication skillsQUALIFICATIONS: CSCS Management CardSMSTSFirst AidPlease Note : Full References will be taken prior to Interview
