Site Manager - Retail Fit Out

My client, a prominent interior fit-out contractor with a strong presence in Retail and Commercial sectors across the nation, is currently expanding. We're seeking a skilled Site Manager with expertise in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects to join our team.

As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing subcontractors and direct labor on retail fit-out projects.

THE ROLES BASE SITE IS IN ROMSEY/HAMPSHIRE

SITES ARE NATIONWIDE

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record in managing fast-paced fit-out projects.
• Client-facing skills with the ability to effectively manage expectations and drive projects forward.
• Background in main contractor office, leisure, or retail fit-outs, with gym experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with short timeframe projects spanning 2 to 4 months, typically ranging from £500K to £2M.
• Proficient IT and communication skills, with experience using MS Project being important.
• Flexibility for long-term travel (accommodation provided).
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS certification.
• Ideally, trade qualified.
