Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the petrol filling station industry? My client is a Petrol Filling Station specialist, offering a comprehensive service that ensures smooth operations throughout every phase of your project.

Position: Site Manager Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage petrol station installations and fit-outs from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including the Blue Book Design, Construction, Modification, Maintenance, and Decommissioning of Filling Stations (4th edition).
  • Work closely with leading household names in the industry.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to address any concerns or requirements.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold our standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably within the petrol filling station industry.
  • Familiarity with petrol station installations, fit-outs, and retail environments.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
