My client is a reputable interiors fit out company who operate on a national basis throughout the UK.

Job Summary:
My client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

-"SPA" petrol forecourt passport

-Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
