Site Manager - Maidenhead Temp to Perm

Our client is an established, mixed-use developer who are renowned for building affordable, attractive projects in London and the Home Counties.

They are currently seeking a dependable, organised Site Manager for an exciting project local to Maidenhead. You role will be to oversea units from 1st fix through to handover; reporting into a Senior Site Manager.

• The role will involve managing internal works and it is essential this Site Manager has good knowledge of the sequence of build with underfloor heating and Trad RAD (with British Gypsum) + a good understanding of GAS heating systems to volume apartment blocks.

Our client is looking for this person to start beginning of March, where you will temp for 3 months and then go on to a permanent contract if successful.

Candidates must hold CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.

Site Manager should meet the following criteria

• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS.
• Managed volume schemes, overseeing internal works (good understanding of M&E and gas heating systems)
• Good IT and programming skills (ideally Snag R)
• Ideally a trade background
• Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, including the ability to create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Proficiency in overseeing labor and supervising subcontractors.
