My client, a national PLC developer, is looking to hire a Site Manager for a new traditional build development scheme in Littleport, Ely. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in a growing company on a fast paced/ challenging scheme.

My clients are able to offer a competitive salary/package for an experienced No1 who has proven experience in starting and completing similar schemes.

Duties,

  • Site Manager reporting to the CM
  • Inductions and toolbox talks
  • Writing up programming
  • RAMS
  • Material call offs
  • Chair subcontractor meetings to address any issues, site updates.
  • Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
  • Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion, and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant, including material lead times
  • Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
  • Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
  • Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  • Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
  • NHBC stage inspections
  • Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
  • Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site

Qualifications,

  • Previous residential experience or main contractor
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS, Black
  • First Aid
