Are you a Site Manager with experience of managing a 70+ house housing development, looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will work to deliver a key project and oversee the running of sites within a dynamic, growing company?

As a site manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You'll develop and implement strategies to enhance site efficiency, coordinate activities, conduct inspections, train staff, and collaborate with other departments to ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints.

This role would suit a Site Manager or similar looking for a varied role within a growing construction company offering the chance to work on a large residential project for a 9 month contract.
