Site Manager - Fit Out

Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1908, specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sectors across the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and lead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly.

Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Location:Macclesfield

Salary: A competitive salary of up to£65k per year

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

•Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

•Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.

•Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure expectations are managed and met.

•Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

•A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.

•Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•Proficiency in project management software and tools.

•Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.

•Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.

•Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.
