Experienced Site Manager for Fire Compartmentation Project Required

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Forman with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of communities? Do you have a proven track record in managing fire compartmentation projects within social housing buildings? If so, please get in touch!

Location: Falmouth

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Length of Contract: 12 months FTC- with daily rates on offer if wanted

What you’ll Be Doing:

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the fire compartmentation project in social housing buildings. Your role will encompass:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Managing and motivating a skilled team of construction professionals and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.

What we’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in fire compartmentation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and certifications
