SITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – CREWE - £30,000 - £33,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Due to continued success, we are working with a fantastic Crewe based manufacturing company with a global presence. A market leader in their industry, year on year they have experienced continual growth since they were established in 1990. We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team.

SITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB PURPOSE

To ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled. Successfully developing and maintaining fantastic relationships. Offering accurate and timely resolutions to all customer queries, orders and complaints.

SITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIES

• Joinery and general DIY
• Maintaining/installing woodwork such as doors etc.
• Painting offices and manufacturing areas
• General plumbing – toilets and kitchen areas
• General repairs – doors, windows, floors etc.
• Landscape maintenance and external site maintenance
• Basic engineering repairs such as maintenance to Air Conditioning units
• Basic electrical repairs such as replacing light bulbs and tube lights
• Carry out repairs to site machinery and equipment
• Daily and weekly checks to all compound air equipment

SITE FACILITIES MAINTNENCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years building/facility maintenance
• Experienced in all trades including plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating
• Basic understanding of engineering maintenance
• PC Literate
• Experienced working within a fast moving manufacturing environment
• Team Player
• Take pride in their work and always gets the job done right the first time!
• Confident communicator
• Organised
• Proactive

SITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PACKAGE

• Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
• £30,000 - £33,000
• KPI bonus based on annual target
• Christmas shutdown
• On-site parking
• 31 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
