Site Development Manager

Our client are one of the world leaders for Growth Business Area Green Power and Heat (GP&H) and are actively looking for a Site Development Manager to join their team on a temporary contractual basis.

This role plays an integral part within the Energy Transition and will manage the transformation and development of our client's core locations in Germany, UK, Netherlands and Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development and implementation of a "site vision" which is defining the transformation of our client's sites combining existing assets with new opportunities.
• Shape the agenda for a specific location and coordinate all site relevant initial development activities by considering innovative business, operating models and creating entrepreneurial spirit.
• Prepare high quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management function up to the BoM.
• Liaise tightly with the Site Integration Managers from Energy Assets and Growth Project Managers from the New Green Power and Gas areas as well as Demolition and Rehabilitation Managers.
• Manage stakeholder relations in alignment with our client's communications department.
• Drive and enable infrastructure projects (up to ED) enhancing the site and allowing our client's growth projects to thrive by using synergies and benefits of integrated site ingredients.

Our Client are looking for:

• Relevant qualifications which reflect the experience you have gained.
• 5 years experience of in-depth expertise and proven track record in actively developing and managing large projects.
• Have excellent conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking combined with the ability to prioritise from a holistic view.
• Have a creative and open-minded individual with a fresh mindset, ability to think out of the box and poses excellent communication skills.
