Randstad C&P are seeking an experienced, highly-skilled Site Agent to join a highways project with a leading construction company in Reading! The prestigiou, Tier One contractor are actively seeking a Site Agent to lead the scheme, responsible for road widening, minor M&E and structures. Therefore, this experience is essential to the role! .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent in highways or relevant civil engineering projects (managing packages such as earthworks, structures etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage site operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site, in addition to filling out relevant paperwork such as RFIs, RAMs and ITPs
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
