We have a new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join a large construction company.

As our Site Administrator you will play a key part in assisting the site management team in the smooth running of the administration on site ensuring all routine tasks are carried out.

As the Site Administrator you will help ensure that all routine tasks are carried out efficiently, for example handling of all correspondence, telephone calls, filing, ordering of supplies, and site mail (outgoing and incoming).

Responsibilities:

* Secretarial Skills including Word Processing and Excel
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of in-house software
* Understanding of the industry
* Work well under pressure
* Confidentiality
* Ability to learn new systems i.e. Property Management Programme


More about the Site Administrator role:


* Handover schedule is updated with documentation received
* Obtaining certificates for local Build Control completion certificates
* Recording and relaying messages for the Construction Department
* Promote positive attitude to the Construction staff
* Organising the stocks for printed forms and signs required by sites
* Certificate for Homebuyers packs to be copied/scanned and copy for Build Control
* Create customer Service Homebuyers packs and co-ordinating with Sub-contractors to obtain certificates
* Communicating effectively both written and verbally to ensure all of the above are achieved
* Reporting directly to Senior Build Manager/Project Manager on a daily basis
