I am currently looking to engage with individual coming from a SIPP environment with a strong background in change management or been involved outsourcing projects.

This is a highly exciting project that is expected to last around 9-12 months, in return they are offering a extremely generous day rate.

The role holder will be responsible for managing the complete outsourcing project, with a team of administrators to help. Although there is no requirement for people management experience the individual has to have prior experience managing heavy case loads.

Their office is based just outside of Reading, but due to their flexible hybrid working policy, and willingness to cover travel costs and hotels, they are open to speaking with individuals UK wide.
