Signage Sheet Metal Worker / Welder

Salary Up to £30k DOE within the signage industry

A sought-after signage company have an opening for an experienced Signage Metal Sheet Worker / Welder to join their busy fabrication department. They are looking for an experienced Welder to hit the ground running. The role is available due to expansion and major investment within the company.

The ideal candidate -
- Will have welding experience ideally within the signage industry, to an extremely high standard (and be willing and able to develop this skill on the job)

- Come from a signage manufacturing background

- Experience with MIG and TIG welding

- Have experience of operating CNC Brake Press and Guillotine

- A strong work ethic and a very flexible approach to work

- Be physically fit and be able to carry out manual tasks including lifting and carrying

- Will be quality focussed and prepared to carry out their own quality control

- Health and safety exposure and the ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment

- Will be extremely positive with a can-do attitude and take pride in their work

- Will be able to work under their own initiative with minimal supervision following the initial training period

- Forklift truck license would be advantageous but not essential
