Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: DOE

Company: A well-established leading signage company.

Role: Our client is looking for a talented Sign Maker to join their Fabrication team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to build a successful career with a growing and progressive company.

As a skilled Sign Maker, you will be responsible for vinyl and large format print application, backing up fret-cut aluminium fascia’s, extrusion fabrication, acrylic fabrication, populating and wiring LEDs and general assembly duties. You will work in a fast-paced environment, and will need to have good physical strength and stamina, a strong work ethic, and be willing to assist other team members whenever necessary.

Experience within various types of signage i.e. acrylic, vinyl, fascia’s, LED’s etc.

Sign fabrication

Wiring of electrical components

Machine operating

Quality checking

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Interpreting briefs and drawings accurately

Our client is also looking for candidates who have experience with gilding, hand painting, woodwork, operating CNC machines and letter building.

Requirements:

Experience within signage and large format print production

Previous experience manufacturing

Competent with vinyl production, print finishing etc.

Ability to work with hand tools

Technical minded

Self-motivated and driven
