Our client specialises in e-commerce-enabled sales of timber buildings and associated garden leisure products. Within this position you will develop a new pert of the business.

This is a standalone role at the site, with support from their main site in Horsham. A fantastic opportunity to invest your career in a growing business.

Tasks

  • All-channels sales and order processing, including face-to-face, telephone and online.
  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge, showcasing the range of products in an informative and welcoming manner.
  • Accurate processing of orders via CRM system (Zencart)
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Maintenance of the showsite and daily set-up

Experience and skills required

  • Trades or construction background would be a benefit to cross over in this market. As well as similar/indicative work environments: Leisure buildings sales, car sales and estate agency.
  • English & Mathematics at GSCE/Equivalent, 'A' Levels/Equivalent preferred.
  • Car/bike required due to the location and lack of reliable public transport nearby.

Salary and package

This is a permanent role with a 3-month probationary period attached

Salary - £27,500 - £31,750

Hours - Monday/Tuesday/Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Sunday - 11.00am - 5.00pm
