The Opportunity:

• Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of high-end tiles, natural stone and flooring products
• Managing the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeople
• Managing the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the Directors
• Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell!
• Build a strong relationship with everyone and grow the business in the region

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
• Background in any showroom-based sales is perfect
• Showroom Management is key
• The role is all about the person! They are very open to various backgrounds
• Driven, motivated and ambitious
• Team player is key!
