Showroom Coordinator - Fleetwood (25 - 28K p/a)

We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to oversee the smooth running of our sample room, ensuring our products are showcased to perfection.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize all product samples, keeping them updated seasonally and maintaining accurate stock numbers.

- Conduct daily showroom checks to ensure it's customer-ready, presenting the very best samples.

- Coordinate sample requests for offsite retailer previews, ensuring cost-effective transportation and undamaged delivery.

- Implement a new barcoding system for efficient stock management using NetSuite.

- Conduct monthly stock checks and provide detailed reports to category managers.

- Work closely with product and design teams to accommodate retailer requirements and address packaging modifications.

- Coordinate sample requests from various departments and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Build strong relationships with couriers to ensure timely deliveries and updates.

- Ensure accuracy of sample and stock requests from Hong Kong and UK warehouses, liaising with appropriate teams in case of discrepancies.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of children's toys and competent computer skills.

- Well-organized, diligent, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. - Proactive and able to take initiative to get the job done efficiently.

- Understanding of both UK and international sales requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels.

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
