You'll be stepping up to lead the shift when the Shift Manager is away, ensuring safety and hitting those factory targets like output, quality, and waste reduction.

Here's what you'll be up to:

• Take charge when the Shift Manager is off-duty, keeping things running smoothly.
• Be the go-to person for all management queries during your shift.
• Make sure production plans are met while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Supervise packing operations to ensure everything meets our high standards.
• Keep track of attendance and support the team throughout the shift.
• Handle safety responsibilities and uphold our company values.
• Responsible for Health & Safety and Food Safety
• Ensure a safe working area for all staff
• Lead, Motivate, and support a team of 10-line leaders, facilitating their professional development

We're looking for someone with:
