Fabricator/Sheet Metal Worker / Maidenhead / To £27,000 - £35,000 doe

Are you an experienced fabricator/sheet metal worker? You could be progressing your career at a well reputed family run manufacturing company that creates bespoke pieces within the pharmaceutical and food industry.

Location / Hours:

Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, five days per week; you'll need to be able to drive there or be on close public transport links. Free parking available onsite.

40 hr week - Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4:30pm. Can leave as soon as 12pm on Fridays as long as 40 hours are completed.

Overtime available 6am - 8am. Overtime rate - 1.3X for the first 2 hours of the week, 1.5X afterwards

Fabricator/Sheet Metal Worker Duties/Requirements:

• Read blueprints & drawings: Understand technical specs to build from designs.
• Select & prep sheet metal: Choose right material and cut to size.
• Operate metalworking machinery: Bend, punch, and weld using various equipment.
• Cut & shape sheet metal: Use tools to precisely cut and bend metal into forms.
• Assemble & weld components: Join pieces securely using welding techniques.
• Finish & inspect product: Smooth, grind, paint, and inspect for quality.
• Maintain safe work environment: Prioritize safety and keep workspace organized.

Salary: As a Fabricator/Sheet Metal Worker, you will earn a competitive salary (£27,000 - £35,000 pa)
