Sheet Metal Worker - Contract Opportunity - Hampshire.

Shorterm Group are currently working with a Business jet MRO who are expanding their Part 145 network and going through a rebrand. They currently have an urgent requirement for Sheetmetal Workers on a temporary contract to carry out structural repairs on Bombardier Challenger 350.

Contract details:
Start date: ASAP - Immediate starts available
Shift : Mon-Friday 12 hour shift 11 hours paid.
Hours: 7am-7pm
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Own Tooling required.

Responsibilities include:

Installation, repair, inspection, and replacement of sheet metal components.
Accountability for the safe and punctual completion of structural repairs.
Ensuring compliance with aviation safety guidelines and proficient operation of various sheet metal tools.
Accurate and timely completion of relevant repair documentation.
Advocating for a Just Culture, adherence to company Health & Safety policies, and reporting incidents through the Company Safety Management System.
Providing comprehensive documentation of aircraft work performed.
Proper storage, calibration, labelling, and recording of all calibrated equipment and tooling.
Maintaining general housekeeping on shopfloors to uphold company standards.
