Shared Services Manager

Shared Service Centre Manager - 60-75Kpa + car allowance - Based in Gerrards Cross

Greenwell Gleeson are exclusively recruiting a Shared Service Centre Manager to lead a team (14 staff) for a international construction business. As the Shared Services Manager you will be tasked with managing the AP and AR team as well as the full P2P cycle, CIS payments and expenses. In addition, there will be a requirement to provide extensive reporting and KPIs for the business relating to operational performance, and balance sheet risk. Finally, the role holder will need to identify and implement process improvements and ensure compliance is adhered to across the business. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent team management and development skills and demonstrate process improvement ideally within an international business.

The business has gone through a period of growth and is continuing to grow year on year. You will need therefore to develop and grow the team as the volumes from the business increase.

A construction background is desirable with CIS experience
