Sewing Machinist

I am seeking a skilled sewing machinist to join my manufacturing client based in Bridgend on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial sewing and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assembly components accurately
• Follow patterns and guidelines to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications 
• Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and maintain efficiency 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sewing machinist in a similar manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with industrial sewing machines
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality work
• Familiarity with different types of fabrics and components used in manufacturing
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
