DCS Recruitment are currently recruiting for Setting out engineers in Selby.

As site engineer you will be responsible for day to day surveying and setting out duties along with the Management of the site team.

? You will need to have excellent communication skills and a solid background of civil engineering experience to be considered for this role, as you will play a critical role in communicating technical issues to both sites and office-based employees.

? The role involves liaising with a range of project stakeholders from designers, quantity surveyors and local authorities to clients, utilities and members of the public.

Responsibilities also include maintaining strict quality control procedures and ensuring strict compliance with all environmental and health & safety legislation and policies.

? The candidate must hold a driving licence and have all necessary kit to undertake the role including but not restricted to theodolites, levels etc.

? Setting out of civil engineering and building works on various sites within the company's operating area

? Ensure quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specification
