• Coordinate orders for relevant parts, tools, services, and materials.
• Execute purchasing and invoicing activities with precision.
• Collaborate closely with service administration teams to maintain effective administration and backup solutions.
• Apply global standards, processes, and local requirements for service administration.
• Support the sales team and ensure smooth service events for customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Develop and strengthen your sales and customer service skills. ??

?? Who you are:

• A customer service performer with a passion for results.
• A team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Able to maintain successful relations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experienced in customer services, preferably in an engineering or maintenance environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. ??

�? This position will be based in High Wycombe, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across North Europe. ??

?? This is a minimum 12 months temporary job opportunity , offering a competitive hourly rate starting from £16. You'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern. ??
