Service Receptionist / Front of House Staff Required in North Cornwall
  • Independent Garage
  • Salary Circa £25,000, negotiable DOE
  • Monday to Friday 
  • No Weekends!
A reputable independent car garage in North Cornwall is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join their team as a Service Receptionist / Front of House Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the automotive industry. The garage prides itself on providing top-notch service to its customers and is looking for someone who can contribute to this positive atmosphere. If you are a team player with a can-do attitude, they would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of this Service Reception role:
  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage.
  • Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle’s progress.
  • Liaise with the garage technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Process payments and invoices.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
To be considered for this Service Reception role you must have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in the Motor Trade.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and billing.
