Salary: £30,000 + bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday mornings on a rota

My client is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join their dealership in the Letchworth area.

Service Reception Manager Role:

• Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
• Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
• Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
