Salary: £30k - £40k, Dependant on Experience
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire

The client is looking to grow their service and scheduling team due to exponential expansion within their industry and increasing their reach to potential customers. The Key Duties of the Service Manager

  • Organise, schedule, and monitor our fast growing nationwide installation team, focusing on forward planning, ensuring effective route efficiency & reacting quickly to any changes to the planned schedules
  • Manage our team of installation schedulers to maximise efficiencies and drive installation numbers, whilst maintaining customer service levels
  • Prioritise team workload to ensure delivery of excellent customer service to the required KPI's and SLA's
  • Producing and analysing daily, weekly & monthly reports for the senior management team
  • Monitor compliance with KPI's and SLA's and take corrective action where these are not being achieved
  • Managing a small subcontractor network in limited areas
  • Liaise with installers and customers over the phone

The Key Requirements of the Service Manager

  • Previous telephone-based customer based experience is essential
  • Previous experience in a scheduling management role would be highly desirable
  • Well developed people management skills
  • Strong/in depth knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas for planning engineers' workloads and routes to optimise efficiency is essential
  • Customer focused approach to all work
