Are you a good Service Manager who is passionate about helping individuals with learning disabilities thrive. Our clients  aim is to empower people to live, learn, and work in ways that suit them best.
 
As a Service Manager you would need to be:
  • Compassionate and empathetic individuals who genuinely care about the well-being of those they support.
  • Strong leaders who can inspire and guide support staff to provide excellent care.
  • People who believe in tailoring support to each individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Excellent communicators who foster positive relationships with our clients, their families, and stakeholders.
  • Qualified professionals with experience in leadership roles within supported living or similar settings essential.
Your responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring support staff to ensure high-quality care.
Working closely with individuals and families to create personalized support plans.
Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Advocating for the rights and choices of those we support.
Maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved.
