Joining an already successful branch, you’ll take charge of the Service and Maintenance department, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard. Managing budgets and working towards targets, you’ll actively grow and develop the department.


Salary - £55,000 Per Annum + Bonus + Company Car

Location – Bromsgrove

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role


This position sees you working closely with your team to ensure all reactive, planned, remedial and general maintenance work is completed effectively. You’ll need solid industry experience in AC and refrigeration as an engineer to be able to thrive in this position. You will occasionally go out to visit sites but the role will be primarily office based.


Building relationships is key for this role to ensure repeat business is maintained. You’ll need demonstrable experience in working under pressure as this role will demand reprioritisation and quick reactions to ensure customers are looked after properly. You’ll need experience in managing a team with ideally 2+ years in a Service Management role.
