We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies for the role of a Service Improvement Analyst. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

What You Can Expect

  • Type - FTC until June 2025
  • Location - Watford (Hybrid)
  • Salary - £37k
  • Industry - FMCG

Main Responsibilities as a Service Improvement Analyst

  • Continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of Customer Operations activities and services.
  • Become responsible for optimising the customer experience and delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and continually enhancing processes.
  • Work on projects related to projects improving Customer Operations performance.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong experience with service and process improvements
  • Experience in the Retail/gaming/gambling.
  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) would be nice.
  • Experience of creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Working knowledge of BPM and tools such as iGrafx
  • Strong customer service Background
