Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Oldham, Manchester
Salary: £42,120 - £44,460 Basic, Overtime Provided, Annual Bonus, Company Van, Fuel Card, Tablet, Company Pension Scheme, 23 Days Holiday, Training Provided.

Job Description:

We have a brand-new opening for a Service Engineer to join a reputable, well-established construction equipment hire company based in Oldham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fantastic team, within an organisation who pride themselves on delivering a first-class service to their customers. As a Service Engineer, you shall split your time between providing technical support within the workshop, as well as attending breakdowns out on sites across the UK. Flexibility around travel will be required.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Carry out Service, Repair, and Maintenance work on a range of crawler cranes & plant equipment
• Identify any faults within hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise
• Attend breakdowns as and when required, ensuring good customer service at all times
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, ensuring compliance of company health and safety regulations.

Requirements of Role:

• Ideally will hold an NVQ or City & Guilds in Engineering
• Previous experience working on Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, or Heavy Plant Machinery will be considered
• Hold a Full UK driving license
