Service Engineer

A superb field Service Engineer role with a market leading manufacturer of state of the art product inspection machinery solutions sold to the food, beverage and pharmaceutical markets. BASIC SALARY: up to £42,000

LOCATION: Covering the UK but effectively home based &  ideally living in the East Midlands, East Anglia or Yorkshire
 
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Leeds, Lincoln, Peterborough, Derby

A classic field Service Engineer role involving the repair, installation and commissioning of product inspection machinery solutions plus providing customer training both on site and at the companies office. Overtime is paid door to door when on site and staying away for 2 to 3 nights per week on average. There is almost no weekend work and 1 to 2 weeks a year working worldwide as required.
Full intensive product training will be provided in the UK & Europe.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - inspection machinery, packaging machinery - Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical
 
· You will be an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands on experience of packaging machinery or product inspection systems supplied to the food, beverage &/or pharmaceutical markets.
· The company will consider an experienced factory Maintenance Engineer who has hands on experience of product inspection systems and has worked in the food, beverage &/or pharmaceutical markets who wants to move into a field service role.
· You MUST be a qualified Multi Skilled Engineer.
