We are supporting our client based in Kenilworth to find an experienced Service Engineer who will conduct routine maintenance and servicing of catering equipment on client sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a time-served service engineer to make an impact and progress within their career.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (dependent on client requirements)
  • 37.5 hours per week

Duties:

  • Field based maintenance and servicing of catering equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively
  • Repair and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal functionality
  • Work with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance
  • As a service engineer, you must adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
  • Travel within a 2-hour radius of Kenilworth to fulfil service requests from clients

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Time-served service engineer with a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining equipment (Preferably within catering industry)
  • Full UK driving license, and willingness to travel
  • Time management and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality service and exceed client expectations
  • Previous experience in a service engineering position
