Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Rotherham

Shifts: Days regular

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working with a well established high pressure pump company, our client is looking to add to their team by recruiting for a mechanically biased service engineer. On a day to day basis you will be working on industry leading equipment.

Job Role:

  • Depot service, field service, commissioning new machines and fault finding on bespoke industry leading pumping equipment.
  • Covering the South and Midlands of England with rare stays away.
  • Training at manufacturers main assembly plant with ongoing support from head office technical and admin team.
  • Overseas service and commissioning trips may be available.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the service and repair of industrial machinery and hydraulic systems
  • Comfortable using laptop/tablet and service reporting software
  • Ability to diagnose faults with engine electronic control systems would be an advantage.
  • Applicants with mobile plant, construction plant, forklifts, agricultural plant, HGV, car mechanics, heavy forces equipment or similar background will transfer well.

Package:

  • Basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x in week and 2x bank holidays
  • No call outs
  • Company van
