Service Engineer - PassiHaus Windows

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires visiting clients premises and rectifying any installation issues or faults, working with the customer service team. This role will cover the whole of the UK, although most of the projects will be based across the South-east Region.

Duties:

- Install, configure, and maintain our products at client sites
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Travelling to customers homes to complete instillation repair jobs to a high standard (overnight stays occasionally required)

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
