My client based in Chalfont St Peter are looking for a Service Desk Assistant to join their fun, bubbly, and friendly team! The company need a candidate who can keep up with a fast-paced environment and change throughout the day.

They are a really lovely company to be apart of and make sure that their staff are well looked after with an amazing training program in place!

This role is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to go perm!

Service Desk Assistant duties Include:

Manage and maintain stock control
Provide weekly update and reports
Log incoming calls for service support
Schedule engineers
Order parts to be delivered to site
