My client is an established and growing provider of insurance process outsourcing solutions in the North West. Due to a number of new contract wins we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team and help drive this further expansion, based at their modern office in South Manchester.

The role will sit above a number of teams and team leaders, overseeing all aspects of service delivery including team performance, KPI management and improvement, and day to day liaison with key contacts. You should have a thorough knowledge of Motor Claims processes to lead constant improvement of workflows and technology based processes.

Required skills:

  • Team Management, including Service & KPI Management
  • Relationship / Account Management
  • New Process Development
  • Staff Development, including leading leaders
  • Motor Claims knowledge of both fault and non fault claims handling, including risks and exposures, and identifying issues.

Office hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. There may be occasional meetings and client visits which require additional as required.

There is parking on site and hybrid working will be on offer once induction and training period have concluded.

Salary will depend on the skills and experience you are able to bring to the table but my client are eager to secure the best person for the job.
