Company Overview - Service Coordinator

This Company are a reputable business with 14 years’ experience within the Fire & Security industry. They are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field. They offer a number of products and services across their many divisions and are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will be the main point of contact for the service engineers within the company, communicating with the engineers; handling diary management and allocating relevant parts will be some of the duties required.

Service Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling engineers for preventative maintenance bookings and callouts.
• Using internal CRM system to update customer details.
• Responsible for any existing client keyholder, address changes, and monitoring requests.
• Submission of any maintenance-related Certification and Reports for customers following works.
• Respond to client queries quickly and effectively.
• Maintain the Service support inbox daily.
• Ensure all return works, customer requests and callouts are actioned promptly.
• There will be various other admin tasks as requested.

Service CoordinatorSkills and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• IT literate; with a strong working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt organisational skills ensures the business runs smoothly.
• Proactive, logical, and methodical, with a 'can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
