Our Client who is based in Wellingborough is looking to recruit a Service Controller to work in their fast paced office.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the scheduling and management of engineer activities to optimise productivity on a daily basis. In addition, the successful candidate will be tasked with completing administrative duties within the relevant timescales to comply with customer contracts. This role requires high levels of customer service skills both internally and externally.

KEY TASKS

  • To take ownership and accountability of Engineers daily activity - to schedule engineer workload to comply with customer contracts.
  • Forward plan resource allocation to consider sickness, training, holiday and maintenance checks for equipment.
  • To ensure high levels of customer services with both internal and external customer and maintain effective communication lines.
  • To action and resolve customer issues as they may arise and identify processes for corrective action
  • To support the business in achieving and surpassing revenue opportunities
  • Employ effective people management skills to manage engineers to ensure motivation and high performance from all team members.
