Job Title - Service Controller
Location - Thame
Salary - up to £34.5k Basic plus bonus (c£2500)

The Role
You will effectively support Engineers and Customers regarding technical enquiries for Service & Repairs.

You will:

• Liaise with engineers & customers, allocating resources appropriately
• Maintains clear communication with the customer throughout the process
• Be able to identify performance issues
• Ensure engineers are adhering to H&S and service processes
• Monitor your regions efficiencies and profitability
• General administration such as invoicing, raising PO numbers, producing quotes.

The Person & Skills:
This is an exciting position for a company where your input will be valued. You will work within a small team making sure Engineers are able to perform their role efficiently. You will need:

• Excellent customer service skills
• To be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• The ability to think creatively and re prioritise based on requirements
• Have good organisational skills
• Self-motivated and keen to achieve targets

The Package:

Your hours will be 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday

• Basic salary up to £34.5k
• £37k OTE
• KPI based Bonus available
• Pension Contribution 7% on total earnings
