Your role:-
* Responding to any customer's queries (email and phone) relating to service works and scheduling all types of engineering work to maximise engineer efficiency.
* Organising appointments and raising job paperwork.
* Coordinating working rotas and updating company service database.
* Monitor and report on performance and supporting the service administrator/providing cover during annual leave

What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy role working within an established service department. We're searching for an extremely organised person who wants to take ownership of the job. Previous engineer coordination experience is essential, as are sound Excel skills.
