Our client is a modern Car Dealership based in Letchworth. They are currently looking to hire a highly experienced Vehicle Service Advisor with exceptional up-selling skills. The successful candidate must be an organised individual who can deliver an excellent customer service experience in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and manage their experience throughout their journey of having their vehicle booked in all the way through to collection and delivery.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle updates and additional work required.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure they return to us.
• Maintaining the look and appearance of the reception area
• Suggest and recommend suitable service plans, warranties and add-ons to customers.
• To complete all necessary paperwork.
• To remain compliant and professional at all times.

Essential requirements:

• Must have previous experience working as a Service Advisor.
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong customer-facing skills

Hours, Pay and Benefits:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am -5.30 pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays - 8am to 12pm.
• Basic salary £26-£28k basic, plus strong bonus structure circa £35k-£37k OTE.
