Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Greet customers with a smile and a sprinkle of Brighton charm as they arrive at our dealership.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, quirks, and even their car's most embarrassing secrets. (We won't judge!)
  • Coordinate with our talented technicians to ensure every car gets the TLC it deserves.
  • Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, from scheduling appointments to managing paperwork.
  • Show off your multitasking skills as you juggle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with finesse.
  • Spread joy and laughter as you sprinkle a little sunshine into every customer interaction.
What You Need:
  • A passion for cars that rivals Jeremy Clarkson's.
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to turn a stressful situations into a breeze.
  • A knack for problem-solving that would make Sherlock Holmes proud.
  • Previous experience in a service advisor role
