Job Description

Are you an experienced service advisor?

My client is an established family run business who are on the lookout for a new service advisor to add to their thriving team.

They are a close-knitted team and will make you feel like part of the family and not a number!

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers when they come in
  • Liaising with customers and technicians
  • Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Experience as an automotive service advisor needed.
  • Brand experience would be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

  • £28k -£30k basic
  • Bonus scheme
  • 22 days off +bank holidays
  • Mon-fri 8-6, 1 in 2 sats 8-1
  • Overtime on Saturdays paid 1.5
  • Manufacturer training
