Description

  • Work closely with the contracts team to understand and communicate service requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues as needed.

A successful Service Advisor should have:

  • A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Excel skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and use of office software.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
