Service Advisor

Basic £27k - £32k DOE, genuine £10k bonus

Finchley Road

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8.30am - 4.30pm)

Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group based in Finchley Road, are searching for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team. If you have the right experience and you’re looking for a change within the motor trade - give us a call today.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
  • Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
  • Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business and the customer.
  • Advising on technical queries or issues.
  • Cross selling customer repairs and parts.
  • Accurately maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Proven experience working in a busy dealership, as a Service Advisor (1 year +)
  • Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals).
  • Excellent communication skills.
