Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a reputable passenger car dealership in Watford? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. From scheduling appointments to coordinating vehicle repairs, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.


What's on Offer?

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 per annum (OTE £45k)
  • Bonus scheme based on performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Additional company benefits, including pension scheme and holiday allowance.
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
